Install ffmpeg on OL9

sudo dnf install epel-release

sudo dnf config-manager --enable ol9_codeready_builder

sudo yum-config-manager --add-repo=https://negativo17.org/repos/epel-multimedia.repo

Toggle On VPN on Mac (host OS) 

sudo dnf install ffmpeg
